You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and materials.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
